GRC works with the Marketing department to develop an annual planning process that integrates the retailer's events with key supplier marketing events, to maximize the retailer's customer traffic and improve its merchandising focus.

Distribution and Replenishment Practices - GRC identifies better methods for distribution and replenishment that lower the retailers cost of Goods Supplied. Large global retailers like Wal-Mart have the advantage of being able to buy in large quantities at the lowest costs; smaller retailers need not be disadvantaged by paying more than Wal-Mart to get those same goods.
